Getting started with Yetea

These are public product notes for teams evaluating Yetea. In-app project docs live inside each Yetea workspace.

1. Create or join an organization

Yetea groups projects, members, roles, and task workflow settings under an organization. Your first admin can create the organization and invite the rest of the team.

2. Start with a project

A project is where docs, task boards, and QA sections come together. Use one project for a launch, product area, client engagement, or internal initiative.

3. Write the project context

Capture briefs, decisions, onboarding notes, and QA plans in docs. The goal is to keep product thinking close to execution.

4. Turn context into tasks

Move work through task states like To Do, In Progress, Review, and Completed. Admins can tune task states for the organization.

5. Verify with QA

Add test cases, run them, and record results so every release has visible evidence behind it.
